Even when the Holy Spirit is allowed to lead, emotional healing is still painful. If you will let the Spirit of the Lord direct your recovery program, He will always be there to provide the strength you need in each phase, so that whatever trials you may have to face, you will be able to bear them.

Even though the Lord has promised never to leave us nor forsake us(Heb. 13:5), when we get ahead of God and begin to "do our own thing," we are in dangerous territory. Our heavenly Father is under no obligation to sustain us in bearing trials that were never a part of His plan for us. We may well survive, but the process will involve much more struggle than was necessary.

The pain of emotional wounding and healing can be even more traumatic than physical pain. When you are following God's revealed plan, and you come to painful times, remember that the Holy Spirit is the Strengthener. Sometimes it may seem that you are not going to make it through. At such moments, ask the Lord to strengthen you.

A great Scripture to memorize for these difficult times is 1 Corinthians 10:13 in which the Apostle Paul reminds us that...no temptation (no trial regarded as enticing to sin, no matter how it comes or where it leads) has overtaken you and laid hold on you that is not common to man [that is, no temptation or trial has come to you that is beyond human resistance and that is not adjusted and adapted and belonging to human experience, and such as man can bear]. But God is faithful [to His Word and to His compassionate nature], and He [can be trusted] not to let you be tempted and tried and assayed beyond your ability and strength of resistance and power to endure, but with the temptation He will [always] also provide the way out (the means of escape to a landing place), that you may be capable and strong and powerful to bear up under it patiently.

With such hard times come many temptations. Among these is the temptation to give up and revert to old thoughts and ways, to become negative, depressed and angry with God because you do not understand why He does not seem to be providing the way out of all the pain you have had to bear in your life. Yet this passage of Scripture tells us that God will always intervene on our behalf and that His help will always arrive on time. Purpose in your heart to hold on and not let go!

Hmmm, basically, did'nt do much in sch today. Kinda stuck at doing the buttons. But im so grateful, cos there were actually friends that are so willing to help me. Hahaha. Even though, we still cant make the buttons work at the end, i really thank them for helping me. I mean is not their projects at all. So nice of them. Thank God for them. :)

Yup, really wanna thank the Lord for today. :)

First of all, was doing my work ytd, so slept at ard 3am and woke up at 7am today. But thank God, im able to wake up on time for school, and was not feeling tired at all today. Hahaha. Thank God for his strength. :)

Yup yup. Haha. After school today went to POWERHOUSE! I miss going to powerhouse man! Really felt strengthen after that! The Lord begin to speak to me about this verse, "But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added on to you." Yes! Amen! These few days had been quite burdened about certain things in my life. At times, i really feel like giving up, but thank God for pulling me back once again. I want to draw near Him once again. Will keep on running the race, and yes i will. :)

After which, met one of the nursery worker, Catherine, for dinner. She is so nice to come and meet me at riverwalk. She also bless me with dinner. Thanks so much! Had a good fellowship with her, and learn smth from her too. Haha. Yup. She said one should live happily, and its good to have challenges in life. It is only through challenges that we know how and learn to get stronger! Yes! She also lend me this book, "Beauty for Ashes" by Joyce Meyer. Wow! Im gonna read it man! Lols.

Had a fruitful day today. Really wanna thank the Lord. Wanna thank Jess and my adorable sister today. They drop me a message and felt really encourage by them. Wow! Friends like them are really heaven sent! I agree to what jess had told me, "Dun be tired of doing things that are good for in due season you shall reap." Yes, thanks for always being there for me! (:

Hmmm, supposed to do storyboard now, but cannot think of what to write. So take a break now. Hahaha.

Suddenly miss watching ah wang show. Lol. Its so so so touching and more than that, i love ah wang's character. I mean he think of others more than he think of himself. Always so happy. Be it happy or sad, he will definitely bring joy to people around him. His love for his family, friends, and most of all, his "xiao xi fu", wah, it touches me alot. He is also a person that never gives up easily. His never "give up" spirit have cause me to wanna learn from him. Yup, haha.

Yes, and im talking about my major project. Hahaha. Im not gonna give up till the very last minute. After seeing what the seniors had done for their projects, me and fee is like "wow". Hmmm, if only this is our projects. Lol. But yar, im sure my group can also do it man! Though we only had two person, but is okay, as long as we work hard, out effort will not go into waste. Hahaha. Yeah!
