Cell Group today was great! Im really blessed by the word! Some points that i wanna share which i feel is good:

Real Relationship is not accidental. It is made, develop and cultivate. It need time.

Two groups of friends:

1. Close Friend
- result of choice
- have to be selective

2. Casual Friend
- result of circumstances (eg. same class)

Qualities of a True Friend:

- serve one another
- be generous and giving
- esteem others better than yourself
- be interested in other's people's life
- encourage others
- appreciate and be thankful at all times
- love your neighbour as yourself

Wow! It really touches me after hearing the word. Thinking about it, yes, we can have many friends, but i feel it is important to have True Friend. A friend that you can really trust, share your joys and sorrows with and will always be there for you no matter happy or bad times. More than that, a friend that will help you to be wise, share your burden and grow spiritually. Yup, think this is then called True Friend! (:

I really thank God for placing friends in my life. Thank the Lord that i have also found True Friend, one that i can really share my burdens with. After hearing the word, i immediately think of mar, yee leng and jess. Yup. They have been a true friend to me, making a great impact in my life. Had been great knowing them. Thanks so much! (:

Looking through the Qualities of being a True Friend, I feel i need to really improve on the area of 'being generous and giving'. Yup. Many a times, i wanna be more generous and giving, but will tend to think alot. Hmmm, will ask myself, "what if i give then i not enough?", which i think is really being passive and selfish. I gotta really work on this area, learn to be more generous and giving. I cannot think so much about myself but to put others first. I want to be more like Jesus.

Yeah! Learned something new today. If you want to have a true friend, you must first be a true friend to others! (:
